Interwaste is a leading waste management company operating in Southern Africa, consistently innovating and creating winning solutions for a range of waste problems.

In conjunction with Spitfire Communications and Xfacta Design, we developed a highly engaging website to educate users on integrated waste management solutions and to funnel users to a solution that suited their needs.

Approach

We conducted secondary research into the industry and current trends, created personas and implemented an updated digital style guide. We then designed wireframes – testing low fidelity before iterating upward to the final development.

Conclusion

The website was received positively by the target market and internal stakeholders. There has been an increase in high-quality website inquiries, at various strategic points of conversion. The website enabled Interwaste to display their thought leadership and educates consumers far better than before.
